Meet Arash Roozdar

Physiotherapist

Arash earned his bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy in 2004. He provided physiotherapy services to various sports teams, gaining valuable experience by working in high-level professional sports physiotherapy and contributing to numerous National, Regional, and Asian Cup Championships.

In 2012, he began a Master of Physiotherapy program in Belgium, where he was trained to adopt a Biopsychosocial Approach and treat the human body as a whole. He graduated with honours (Cum Laude) in 2014 from the renowned Catholic University of Leuven (KU Leuven), majoring in manual therapy and sports physiotherapy.

Arash pursued multiple postgraduate courses, including spinal and peripheral joint manipulation, IMS/Dry Needling, The Mulligan Concept of Manual Therapy, K-taping International Academy, and Soft Tissue Release. He is also certified to assess and treat patients with concussions and vestibular dysfunctions such as dizziness/BPPV (Vertigo), headaches, and balance/proprioception deficits.

Arash is a certified Personal Training Specialist through Canfitpro, Canada’s leading fitness organization. He is currently working towards obtaining a fellowship from the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy as well as certification in McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy®.

Arash’s motto is “Exercise is Medicine.” He has a strong interest in treating clients with Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) and sports injuries. He believes that patient education, hands-on treatment, and exercise therapy are the pillars of physical therapy practice.
